Information Technology Sales Executive

About the role

The Information Technology Sales Executive will drive new business for Duplex Technologies Services by promoting its mobile, web and cloud solutions to corporate clients. Based in Lucknow, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads and closing sales while acting as the bridge between customers and the technical delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT products and services.
• Generate, qualify and nurture leads through the sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.
• Prepare and present proposals, product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports and market feedback to management.
• Collaborate with technical, design and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B technology or software solution sales, preferably in mobile, web or cloud products.
• Strong lead generation and account management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related field; sales certifications are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Lucknow and travel for client meetings.
