Information Technology Manager – Mumbai International Airport

About the role

The Information Technology Manager will lead the IT function for Radisson RED at Mumbai International Airport, driving technology initiatives that support hospitality operations. You will ensure the security, integrity and performance of all IT systems while collaborating closely with business partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee security, integrity and maintenance of all IT infrastructure and systems.
• Develop and implement IT strategies, audit system performance and report results to enable strategic decisions.
• Manage installations, licensing, upgrades and service agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
• Coordinate with business counterparts on readiness, contingency planning and acceptance of deliverables.
• Review system performance against policy, recommend improvements and ensure regulatory compliance.
