About the role

We are seeking a proactive IT Administrator to maintain and upgrade our existing IT infrastructure. The role involves supporting Windows, Linux and Mac environments both on‑site and remotely, while providing timely assistance to internal users and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade desktops, laptops and servers across Windows, Linux and macOS platforms.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Configure, monitor and manage DNS, DHCP, switches, routers and firewalls.
• Administer user accounts, including creation, deletion and permission changes.
• Support Microsoft Outlook issues remotely.
• Install, upgrade and roll out software applications.
• Manage Linux hosting servers using cPanel, Plesk and WHM, including SSL certificate deployment.
• Deploy websites and web applications on web servers.

Required profile

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in system or network administration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field (or any graduate/post‑graduate qualification).
