About the role
We are looking for an Information Technology Administrator to oversee the school's digital infrastructure. The role ensures that computers, servers, networks and classroom technologies operate smoothly, supporting teachers, staff and students.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all school computers, servers, networking equipment and IT infrastructure.
- Provide first‑line technical support to teachers, staff and students.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software applications.
- Ensure data security, perform regular backups and monitor system performance.
- Oversee internet connectivity, Wi‑Fi, CCTV, smart‑classroom equipment and other digital systems.
- Maintain an accurate IT inventory and coordinate with external vendors as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
- Relevant experience in IT administration, preferably within a school or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software and troubleshooting.
