Information Security and Compliance Associate

About the role

The Information Security and Compliance Associate will support Datavail’s security, privacy and AI management programs, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001, ISO 27701 and ISO 42001 standards. The role involves compliance monitoring, audit assistance, risk assessments and reporting using ServiceNow GRC.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct periodic compliance checks, record and track audit tickets in ServiceNow GRC, and perform health checks of security tools.
• Support ongoing monitoring of security controls across IT, HR, facilities management and business operations.
• Assist in internal and third‑party audits, document observations, and contribute to enterprise risk assessment activities.
• Review key security domains such as vulnerability management, DLP, endpoint security and SIEM, and update incident and service request tickets.
• Prepare dashboards, metrics and periodic reports on compliance and security posture, identifying improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Fresher or entry‑level (0‑1 year) experience in information security, audit or compliance.
• Basic understanding of IT systems, cybersecurity tools and control environments.
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001/27701/42001, NIST or PCI‑DSS is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with high integrity.
• Quick learner, detail‑oriented and process‑focused.
