Industrial Controller – Finance & Operations

About the role

Join a leading industrial organization as an Industrial Controller, combining deep financial expertise with hands‑on operational control. You will work closely with manufacturing, planning, supply‑chain and industrial teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and drive cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Implement robust cost‑controlling and review mechanisms across the factory.
• Maintain operational control over factory efficiency, inventory management and working capital.
• Develop and animate KPIs and dashboards for site leadership reviews.
• Strengthen controls on inventory and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with group and statutory audit processes.
• Provide active business partnership and support to various operations teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, CA or CMA.
• Experience or solid understanding of industrial or project‑based controlling activities.
• Proactive, result‑driven mindset with flexibility to drive innovative ideas.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Required skills

• ERP systems knowledge, especially SAP FI module.
• SAP MM module familiarity.
• Understanding of production accounting systems and financial order‑closure processes.
