About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead US real‑estate bookkeeping and client operations from our Vadodara office. The role involves handling multi‑entity property accounts, preparing financial reports for US clients, and coordinating directly with clients during US business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Manage multi‑entity property bookkeeping and month‑end closings.
- Prepare financial reporting and management information systems (MIS) for US‑based clients.
- Communicate directly with clients during US working hours.
- Supervise and review the work of junior accounting staff.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of US accounting experience with a focus on real estate.
- Hands‑on experience with Yardi Breeze, QuickBooks Online, and Xero.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Immediate availability preferred and willingness to relocate to Vadodara.
