Required profile

• Proven experience leading recruitment teams in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments, preferably within technology or advanced manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to build sustainable talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and deliver innovative sourcing approaches.
• Strong track record of influencing senior leaders, navigating complex hiring demands, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
