India GCC Sales Head – Hyderabad

About the role

Capco is seeking an experienced leader to shape and execute the go‑to‑market strategy for its Global Capability Centers (GCC) in India. The role will drive revenue growth across banking, insurance and energy clients, while ensuring smooth delivery and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a go‑to‑market strategy and value proposition for India‑based GCC services.
• Achieve revenue targets through RFP‑based and sole‑source proposals.
• Oversee delivery of new engagements to ensure seamless account expansion.
• Build and nurture C‑suite relationships within the Indian financial services ecosystem.
• Represent Capco internally and externally in client visits, presentations, RFI/RFP responses and pricing discussions.
• Collaborate closely with Client Partners and Delivery Managers (local and global) to ensure high customer and employee satisfaction.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in financial services consulting sales in India, covering banking, capital markets, wealth, insurance or energy.
• Proven track record of generating revenue from GCCs of global banks, insurers or energy firms.
• Strong expertise in sales and pre‑sales, business and account planning to meet top‑line and bottom‑line KPIs.
• Established CXO‑level relationships across Indian financial services GCCs.
• Domain knowledge in at least one of: Capital Markets, Banking & Payments, Wealth & Asset Management, Insurance.
