Income Audit Executive

About the role

The Income Audit Executive ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial data for our property in Bengaluru. You will work closely with the finance team to verify postings, control cash, and maintain compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy.
• Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to cash‑handling policies.
• Organise, secure, and maintain files and records in line with retention and confidentiality procedures.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies; report incidents promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect proprietary information, and ensure guest privacy.
• Welcome guests, address service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities.
• Communicate clearly, answer phones with proper etiquette, and produce accurate written documents.
• Develop positive working relationships and support team goals.
• Lift, move, and place objects weighing up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to follow company policies and maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to work in a hospitality environment and interact with guests.
