Incentive Analytics Manager

About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Customer Operations, the Incentive Analytics Manager will become a product expert on the Forma.ai platform, lead the day‑to‑day operations for a portfolio of customers, and drive continuous improvement of incentive compensation processes through analytics and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end management of customer commissions, including rule building, execution, reporting, and dashboard creation.
• Implement new platform features for customers to enhance automation and process efficiency.
• Identify and execute process improvement opportunities in data validation, workflow execution, and dashboard updates.
• Lead design projects that involve financial modelling, project planning, customer workshops, and presentation of findings.
• Coach and develop a team of Analysts/Associates to deliver high‑quality, client‑focused service.
• Serve as the primary liaison for senior customer stakeholders and convey feedback to the Product and Engineering teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, finance, sales operations, tech implementation, or a similar quantitative role.
• 2+ years of experience leading project teams with multiple deliverables.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational and project‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, able to lead technical discussions with non‑technical audiences.
