Inbound Voice Analyst – Sales & Upselling

About the role

The Inbound Voice Analyst will act as a Customer Care Executive for the US inbound voice process, focusing on sales and upselling. You will be the first point of contact for customers calling in, delivering outstanding service while driving revenue through product and service sales.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Listen actively and ask probing questions to fully understand customer needs.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions while seeking upsell opportunities.
• Handle objections and concerns with empathy, working to close sales.
• Document all interactions, inquiries, issues, and sales in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, upselling on every opportunity call.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company offerings, industry trends, and best practices.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in a customer service and sales role, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.
