About the role

Join Accenture’s Next Generation Customer Operations team as an Inbound Sales Representative Associate – Voice. You will support customers, employees and vendors through a blend of phone, email and chat interactions, primarily serving the US market while working night‑shift hours aligned with Indian Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries, escalations and complaints, ensuring resolution within defined SLAs.
• Close faults and complaints efficiently, following established guidelines and processes.
• Provide personalized support across calls (60‑70% of volume), emails and chats.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors, following detailed daily instructions and new assignment briefs.
• Utilise contact‑center platforms and software to deliver consistent service quality.
