Inbound Sales Representative Associate – Voice

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Inbound Sales Representative Associate – Voice to join its Next Generation Customer Operations team. You will work in a high‑volume contact centre, handling customer, employee and vendor queries for US‑based clients while supporting night‑shift operations aligned with Indian Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inbound customer queries, escalations and complaints through calls, emails and chats.
• Close faults and complaints within defined Service Level Agreements.
• Follow established guidelines and precedents to solve routine problems.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
