Inbound Sales Representative Associate (Voice)

About the role

Accenture is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative Associate to join its Next Generation Customer Operations team. You will support both employee and customer queries for client organizations, primarily serving the US market on a night‑shift schedule. The role combines voice, email, and chat interactions to deliver fast, personalized resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve inbound customer and employee queries across calls, emails, and chats.
• Handle escalations and complaints, ensuring closure within defined SLAs.
• Document interactions and follow established guidelines and processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and supervisors to address complex issues.
• Maintain high quality and compliance standards in a high‑volume contact‑center environment.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in customer or employee support.
• Any graduate qualification.
• Ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and logical thinking abilities.
• Agility for quick learning and capacity to perform under pressure.
