About the role

Accenture is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative Associate – Voice to join its Customer Support vertical. You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via phone, email, or chat, helping to resolve queries, manage escalations, and ensure a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries across voice, email, and chat channels.
• Resolve complaints and escalations, providing effective solutions within defined SLAs.
• Document interactions and close fault tickets promptly.
• Maintain high typing speed and accuracy for chat and email communications.
