IMUAM Deployment Manager

About the role

The IMUAM Deployment Manager leads the deployment of User Access Management (UAM) for SAP S/4HANA releases within Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine Finance transformation program. This senior role ensures compliance, security, and smooth go‑live for a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end UAM deployment for Transcend SAP S/4HANA releases, covering design, testing, cutover, hypercare and transition to steady state.
• Lead a team of 3‑5 Security Analysts, set priorities, coach performance and align activities with J&J talent development expectations.
• Oversee role design quality, SoD health checks, and compliance verification before and after go‑live.
• Drive planning, risk escalation, dependency management and integration with broader program schedules.
• Establish and report UAM deployment KPIs such as defect volume, role readiness and hypercare stabilization trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in international companies, with at least 5 years in people management or team leadership.
• Strong background in SAP security, role design and segregation of duties (SoD) within regulated environments.
• Proven ability to manage ERP deployment programs and multi‑functional project delivery.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical decision‑making skills.
