About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our Bengaluru office immediately. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR discussions and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment pipelines, trackers and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously and drive timely closures.
- Facilitate onboarding and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong sourcing and candidate‑screening abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently on multiple hiring requirements.
- Good knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office.
