About the role
The iGPM & BD PLW Consultant will provide application support and maintenance for Bosch's enterprise tools. The role focuses on handling end‑user tickets, incident resolution, and performance analysis while adhering to ITIL processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incident, problem, and service request tickets in iGPM and Planisware.
- Use ServiceNow (ITSM.D) to log and track tickets.
- Analyze and debug issues, providing immediate solutions or work‑arounds.
- Perform performance issue analysis and implement fixes.
- Own tickets from creation to closure, including documentation of solutions.
- Prepare support and domain documentation.
- Follow up with stakeholders and ensure strict adherence to support processes.
Required profile
- B.E/B.Tech or MBA degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Database or Planisware consulting.
- Basic understanding of the ITIL framework.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
