IELTS & Soft Skills Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic IELTS & Soft Skills Trainer to deliver high‑impact training sessions for students and professionals. The role involves preparing candidates for the IELTS Academic and General exams and enhancing their communication, interview, and corporate etiquette skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive IELTS training covering Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
• Develop lesson plans, practice materials, and mock tests aligned with current IELTS formats.
• Provide personalized feedback and track student progress to improve test scores.
• Design and deliver soft‑skills workshops on communication, presentation, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
• Facilitate mock interviews, group discussions, and confidence‑building activities.
• Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and coordinate scheduling with internal teams.
• Mentor learners, offering career guidance and support to achieve personal development goals.

Required profile

• Graduate in English, Communication, Linguistics, Education or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IELTS or English language training.
• Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent presentation skills.
• Ability to manage diverse learners with patience and professionalism.

Required skills

• Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and LMS.
• Creative training approach using activities, case studies, and multimedia tools.
