ICU Staff Nurse – Neral, Dhamote (Full‑time)

About the role

We are looking for dedicated ICU Staff Nurses to provide bedside care for critically ill patients at our hospital in Neral, Maharashtra. The role involves monitoring vital signs, operating life‑support equipment and working closely with intensivists.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit.
• Operate and monitor equipment such as mechanical ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps and defibrillators.
• Assist physicians during emergency procedures, intubations, central line placements and bedside interventions.
• Administer emergency drugs, titrated IV infusions and blood components following safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient charts, fluid balance records and nursing documentation.
• Respond rapidly to patient deterioration and manage code‑blue emergencies.

Required profile

• GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification.
• Valid registration with the State Nursing Council (MNC or equivalent).
• 2–5+ years of ICU/critical‑care bedside experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.

Required skills

• Critical‑care patient monitoring.
• Operation of mechanical ventilators, cardiac monitors, infusion pumps and defibrillators.
• Emergency procedures such as intubation and central line placement.
• Accurate documentation and fluid‑balance management.

What we offer

• Salary up to ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month depending on experience.
