IAM Lead Business Analyst

About the role

Airbus is seeking a Techno‑Functional Lead Business Analyst to join its Identity & Access Management (IAM) team in Bangalore. The role bridges complex aviation business processes, compliance and security requirements with user‑centric digital solutions, driving the IAM Self‑Service platform forward.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders (engineering, security, HR, auditors) to capture functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specification documents, use cases and BPMN process maps.
• Collaborate with Product Architects and Technical Leads to define data models.NET API specifications and PowerShell automation scripts.
• Ensure traceability of requirements, design UAT scenarios and validate that delivered .NET/Angular tools meet business objectives.
• Monitor external trends, propose improvements to business processes and support product planning based on customer requirements.
• Act as liaison between product management and technical teams throughout development and implementation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in bridging business processes and technical implementation.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and communicate with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with aviation compliance (e.g., Export Control) and security mandates.
• Experience in requirement engineering, documentation and traceability.
