Hydraulic Design Engineer – Axial Piston Pump (DC-MH Project)

About the role

We are seeking a Hydraulic Design Engineer specialist to design and develop axial piston pumps and motors for mobile hydraulic applications within the DC‑MH project.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop hydraulic products – axial piston pumps & motors (positive displacement) for mobile hydraulics.
• Create hydraulic schematics and circuit designs, including pressure compensation and load‑sensing systems.
• Lead cost‑reduction and weight‑reduction projects, applying problem‑solving methods.
• Design castings, forgings and machining processes, ensuring GD&T and tolerance stack‑up compliance.
• Produce CAD models and manufacturing drawings according to ASME/ISO‑GPS standards.
• Develop digital and software‑controlled pump solutions and perform advanced NVH analysis.

Required profile

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mobile hydraulics and hydraulic product design.
• Ability to work independently and deliver detailed engineering documentation.
