HVAC Technician

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems for residential and commercial clients. The role involves direct interaction with customers, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring optimal performance of HVAC units.

Key responsibilities

• Discuss heating and cooling options with clients and recommend suitable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in existing HVAC systems.
• Perform performance tests using specialized tools and adjust system settings as needed.
• Carry out installations, routine maintenance, and emergency repairs.
• Travel to various homes and businesses throughout the day to assess and resolve problems.
• Organize and manage inventory to minimize losses.

• Experience cleaning air‑quality equipment and conducting maintenance procedures.
• Ability to prioritize service calls based on business goals.
