About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead multiple projects from planning through delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

Plan, execute, and deliver multiple HVAC projects end‑to‑end.
Lead a team of Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and Technicians.
Manage project budgeting, cost control, BOQ preparation, estimation and billing.
Review and approve AutoCAD drawings, designs, and technical specifications.
Handle client, consultant and vendor meetings, negotiations and relationships.
Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with safety, quality and statutory norms.

Required profile

B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
8–12 years of HVAC project management experience (VRF/VRV, Chiller, AHU, Ducting, Piping).
Proven leadership and team management abilities.
Strong client handling, communication and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

AutoCAD proficiency.
MS Project or other project planning tools.
HVAC design, estimation and execution knowledge.
