HVAC BIM Modeler – Revit & Navisworks Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HVAC BIM Modeler to create detailed 3D HVAC models and support multidisciplinary coordination on complex infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D HVAC models (chilled water, ducting, VRF, etc.) using Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Perform clash detection with Navisworks and resolve conflicts with structural, architectural, and other MEP services.
• Generate shop drawings, installation drawings, and technical layouts.
• Ensure models comply with project specifications, industry standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA) and BIM execution plans.
• Extract material schedules, equipment lists and quantity take‑offs (BOQ) from the model.
• Coordinate with project teams, engineers and site personnel to update models based on revisions.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–10 years of experience in HVAC modeling with proficiency at LOD 300–400.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills for interdisciplinary coordination.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks for clash detection.
