About the role
Indraprastha Law College in Greater Noida is seeking qualified Lecturers to join its Humanities department. The position involves delivering undergraduate courses in subjects such as English, Economics, Sociology, Political Science and History, and contributing to the college’s academic community.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver lectures, tutorials and seminars for Humanities subjects.
- Organise and supervise debates, workshops, competitions and other co‑curricular activities.
- Prepare teaching materials, assessment papers and evaluate student performance.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development and academic research.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in a relevant Humanities discipline with a qualified NET, or a Ph.D./M.Phil obtained before 2009.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting debates, workshops or similar extracurricular events.
- Excellent command of both English and Hindi.
Required skills
- Strong academic writing and presentation abilities.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement techniques.
