Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to lead our HR function in Sangolda, Goa. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and employee relations.
• Manage performance appraisal processes and policy implementation.
• Coordinate payroll, ensure compliance with labour laws and maintain HR records.
• Provide guidance on employee issues and support HR administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory HR role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR management systems (HRIS).
