Human Resources Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end‑to‑end hiring for our growing marketing firm in Dera Bassi. You will partner with hiring managers, manage candidate pipelines, and ensure a smooth hiring experience for both candidates and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions across the organization.
• Create and publish job postings that accurately reflect role requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and update applicant tracking systems regularly.
• Coordinate interview schedules, conduct telephonic and in‑person interviews, and provide timely feedback.
• Support offer negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and assist with new‑hire onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑life‑cycle recruiting, preferably in marketing or corporate environments.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
