Human Resources Professional (Hybrid, Indore)

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources Professional to join our Indore office on a hybrid basis. The role will manage end-to-end HR operations, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee records and performance management for a testing and inspection laboratory.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and benefits administration.
• Implement and update HR policies in line with Indian labour laws and company standards.
• Support performance management processes and prepare regular HR reports.
• Coordinate training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with management to resolve personnel matters and promote a positive workplace culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Understanding of Indian labour laws and basic compliance requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical or regulated industry is an advantage.
