About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team in Rajkot. The role focuses on managing day‑to‑day HR operations, supporting recruitment, and fostering a positive workplace culture for our auto‑finance business.

Key responsibilities

• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and maintain accurate HR records.
• Implement and update HR policies and assist in drafting job descriptions.
• Support recruitment activities, including screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Address employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and manage grievance procedures.
• Coordinate performance management processes and contribute to training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and organizational standards.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; professional HR certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in core HR operations, preferably within financial services or NBFCs.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, job description development, and employee‑relations practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
