Human Resources Officer

About the role

YoBoHo New Media is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to partner with the CEO and build the talent strategy, people operations, and culture for its fast‑growing animated and digital content brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, employee records, payroll coordination, compliance and performance management, integrating AI‑driven HR tools.
• Lead talent acquisition for creative roles across animation, digital content, AI production and social media, enhancing employer branding.
• Design and implement HR processes and systems from scratch in a startup environment.
• Collaborate with leadership to define workforce planning and succession strategies.
• Monitor and report HR metrics, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.

Required profile

• 3–4 years progressive HR experience, preferably in creative media, animation or fast‑paced startups.
• Strong understanding of the digital‑first content landscape (YouTube, AI tools, animation pipelines).
• Hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to set up HR systems independently.
• Proficiency with modern HR technology, ATS platforms and AI‑enabled workplace solutions.
• MBA in HR or related Master’s preferred; Bachelor’s in HR or Business required.
