Human Resources Officer

About the role

M Tech Equipments is seeking a Human Resources Officer to lead HR operations for its precision aluminum die‑casting manufacturing facility in Haridwar. This full‑time, on‑site position will support both shop‑floor and office staff, ensuring HR practices align with production, safety and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, attendance tracking and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate training and development programmes and ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Foster a positive work culture, resolve grievances and partner with leadership on workforce planning and organisational development.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with production schedules, safety norms and overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance and HR best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• Prior experience as an HR Manager or senior HR generalist in a manufacturing or engineering company is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS or HR‑related software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Basic data reporting and analysis capabilities.
