Human Resources Manager

About the role

Dermatouch, a fast‑growing skincare company, is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead and streamline its HR function. The role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations, compliant payroll, and effective recruitment to support the company’s expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates and maintenance of accurate employee records.
• Execute end‑to‑end payroll processing, handling salary inputs, statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS) and ensuring compliance with labour laws.
• Drive the complete recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding – to attract top talent across all functions.
• Maintain strict adherence to statutory compliances, internal HR policies and best practices.
• Support employee‑engagement initiatives that improve satisfaction, retention and overall workplace culture.
• Prepare HR metrics, dashboards and periodic reports to provide management with actionable insights.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of proven experience in HR operations, payroll and recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, statutory compliances and labour laws.
• Hands‑on experience with HR software/HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Zoho CRM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and deliver in a fast‑paced environment.
