Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, people‑focused Human Resources Manager to lead and enhance our HR function in a fast‑growing environment. You will own recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, performance management, and compliance, while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding across all departments.
• Oversee HR operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee lifecycle events.
• Design and run performance appraisal processes, set KRAs/KPIs, and support improvement plans.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, address concerns, and act as a bridge between staff and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, maintain HR policies, handbooks, and audit‑ready records.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of HR/People Operations experience, preferably in a startup or fast‑growing company.
• Proven track record in full‑cycle recruitment and HR operations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle employee grievances and sensitive situations professionally.
• Self‑starter who can manage multiple priorities independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRMS platforms.
• Experience using recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals).
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
