Human Resources Manager

About the role

CMR Developers Pvt Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for its residential real‑estate business in Kerala. This full‑time, hybrid position combines on‑site presence in Cannanore with flexible work‑from‑home days, supporting the company’s growth and its commitment to a positive, inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and enforce HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage payroll processing and benefits administration in coordination with finance and other relevant teams.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and ensure compliance with Indian labour laws.
• Partner with senior leadership on organisational development, training needs assessments and learning programmes.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, reporting and HRIS data.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end HR functions, preferably in a mid‑size or larger organisation.
• Strong understanding of Indian labour regulations and best HR practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and foster an inclusive culture.

Required skills
