Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the development and execution of HR strategies, systems and procedures across the organization. This role works closely with senior management to align talent initiatives with business needs and ensures a positive employee experience from recruitment through exit.

Key responsibilities

• Design and monitor overall HR strategies, policies and procedures.
• Partner with management to understand business requirements and workforce planning.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing and selection for technical and non‑technical positions.
• Oversee onboarding, induction programs, and maintenance of personnel files and statutory compliance.
• Prepare and issue HR formal letters (LOI, appointment, promotion, increment, relieving, exit).
• Maintain HRMIS data, attendance, payroll and salary administration.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions and conduct exit interviews.
• Drive employee engagement, motivation and performance appraisal processes.
• Maintain employee database, both digital and physical records.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and timely issue resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing a team.
• Proficient in preparing presentations and HR reports.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage time efficiently.
• Organized, accurate, thorough and quality‑focused.
• Dependable, responsive to management direction and feedback.
• Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, TDS, PF, ESI and PT.
