Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. You will drive talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver HR solutions.
• Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Manage the performance management cycle, including goal setting, reviews, and development planning.
• Support employee engagement programs and foster a positive work culture.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions.
• Analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend improvement actions.
• Drive talent management initiatives such as succession planning and career development.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to address capability gaps.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR processes.
• Support organizational change and transformation projects.

Required profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in talent management, employee relations, or generalist HR roles.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and performance management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering abilities.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict‑resolution skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in HRMS.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
