Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead performance management, HRIS administration, employee benefits, and recognition programs across the organization. This role ensures accurate and timely execution of appraisal cycles, data integrity in HR systems, and effective communication of compensation and rewards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee goal setting, mid‑year reviews, and annual appraisals for all employee groups, ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
• Facilitate performance differentiation, feedback, development dialogues, and rating normalization.
• Maintain HRIS (Poornata) data accuracy, including employee enrollment, position management, and leave records.
• Prepare and submit monthly HR dashboards, MIS reports, and organizational structure updates.
• Drive reward and recognition schemes, including ABG Awards, iApplaud, and new employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage employee benefits (GMC, GPA, Nishchint), coordinate renewals, and negotiate with insurance providers.
• Support new hires with goal setting, compensation understanding, and appraisal processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management, performance appraisal cycles, and benefits administration.
• Strong analytical abilities with attention to data accuracy and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with managers, employees, and external partners.
