About the role
EcoEX is seeking a proactive Human Resources Manager to lead its talent acquisition and employee experience initiatives. You will play a key role in building a high‑performing workforce for a fast‑growing waste‑management and recycling technology company.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: draft job postings, publish on platforms, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
- Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee files and up‑to‑date records in the HR system.
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs.
- Support attendance tracking and payroll activities.
- Create and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries and conduct one‑to‑one interactions.
- Prepare offer letters and manage appointment formalities.
Required profile
- Graduate or MBA in Human Resources from a recognized university.
- 5–9 years of experience in recruitment and HR processes.
- Experience in non‑tech recruitment; sales recruitment experience is a plus.
