About the role
HiLITE Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its people initiatives across a diversified portfolio of businesses. The role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture, driving employee development, and supporting the organization’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Design and run programs that boost staff morale, inclusion, recognition, and well‑being.
- Oversee performance evaluation processes and overall people management.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver training and development initiatives.
- Coach team leaders on conflict resolution, performance feedback, and team motivation.
Required profile
- MBA in HR or PGDM with a minimum of 15 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in people management.
- Comprehensive understanding of all HR activities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong command of English.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Mandatory knowledge of Malayalam.
