Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function, ensuring policies, compliance, and talent processes are executed effectively. You will partner with business leaders to drive employee experience, performance management, and continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Implement HR policies, ensure statutory compliance and adherence to organisational processes.
• Coordinate talent acquisition activities with hiring managers to close positions with the right talent.
• Oversee onboarding, induction, confirmation, promotion, and separation processes.
• Manage KRA/KPI setting, appraisal cycles, performance reviews and improvement plans across departments.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture, communication, retention and overall employee experience.
• Collaborate with L&D to implement structured development programs.
• Maintain accurate HR data, dashboards and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Address employee concerns and grievances in coordination with senior HR leadership.
• Identify gaps in HR processes and lead improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
• 4–7 years of HR experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, IT or service‑oriented organisations.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, policies and compliance.
• Experience handling HRMS/HR technology platforms and HR MIS.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
