About the role

Sri SK Honda, a leading Honda two‑wheeler dealership with multiple branches in the Trichy district, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager. The role will oversee all HR functions across the organisation, supporting a workforce of over 100 employees.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan and execute recruitment and manpower forecasting for all locations.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and training programmes.
  • Manage attendance tracking and payroll processing.
  • Implement and maintain performance management systems.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
  • Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory documentation and reporting.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi‑site environment.
  • Proven ability to manage HR operations for 100+ employees.
  • Strong leadership and communication capabilities.
  • Experience in the automobile or dealership sector is a plus.
