About the role
Voy India is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full HR function, covering employee lifecycle management, engagement, performance, policies, and compliance. The role requires a strategic partner who can shape people initiatives in a fast‑growing health and wellness platform.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, exits, and documentation.
- Oversee performance management, appraisals, and goal‑setting processes.
- Coordinate payroll, ensure statutory compliance, and maintain HR MIS.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and people‑related matters.
- Identify training and development needs and drive L&D initiatives.
- Ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Required profile
- 7–12 years of experience in HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Operations roles.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner effectively with leadership.
