Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR activities for N V Brothers Constructions in Kozhikode. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for end‑to‑end talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and HR operations to support both project and office needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning for project and corporate staffing.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution and performance appraisal processes.
• Develop, implement and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Administer payroll, benefits and statutory compliance in line with Indian labour laws.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR reporting.
• Coordinate training, development and employee engagement initiatives.
• Partner with senior leadership and site teams to foster a positive work culture.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition and workforce planning.
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of HR policy development, operations and documentation.
• Understanding of payroll administration, benefits management and labour‑law compliance.
• Ability to design and deliver training and development programs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with high confidentiality.
• Comfortable using HR software and MS Office tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; prior HR experience in construction, engineering or industrial sectors is preferred.
