Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will ensure that employee facilities and HR processes meet Hyatt International’s high standards. This role supports recruitment, employee relations, performance development, and compliance with local labour laws for a hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee facilities and ensure compliance with Hyatt standards.
• Conduct interviews, coordinate recruitment with department heads, and manage visas and immigration for foreign staff.
• Administer internal transfers, performance development discussions, succession planning, benefits, and salaries.
• Oversee leave administration, employee accommodation for expatriates, and coordinate with the Security Manager on safety inspections.
• Lead Employee Restaurant Committee meetings and provide career counseling, grievance handling, and disciplinary support.
• Collaborate with the Training Manager on orientation and job‑related training.
• Support service excellence by hiring staff with strong guest‑service competencies.
• Assist department heads with staffing levels, payroll efficiency, and production of monthly turnover, sick‑leave, and vacation reports.
• Research competitive compensation packages and help manage the department’s operational budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR management, preferably in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Indian labour law and immigration procedures.
• Ability to handle employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
