Human Resources Manager – HR Operations & Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead all core HR functions, partnering closely with senior leadership to build a high‑performing, engaged workforce. This role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, learning, and HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage end‑to‑end hiring, and maintain a talent pipeline.
• Foster a positive work environment, address grievances, and lead employee engagement initiatives.
• Design and manage performance appraisal systems, support managers with goal setting and evaluations.
• Administer salary structures, benefits, and payroll coordination with finance.
• Create, update, and enforce HR policies ensuring compliance with labour laws.
• Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, HR reports, and workforce analytics.
• Support succession planning and organizational development.

Required profile

• Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources (preferred).
• 5–8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience handling end‑to‑end HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
