Human Resources Generalist – Jaipur

About the role

The Human Resources Generalist will provide comprehensive HR support to employees and management in Jaipur, ensuring a positive work environment, compliance with employment legislation, and alignment with the company’s strategic HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate disputes between employees.
• Advise managers on HR policies, their application, and operational HR needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions and specifications.
• Coordinate onboarding, conduct orientation sessions, and manage new‑hire documentation.
• Stay up‑to‑date with employment, labour, health‑safety, compensation, performance management, training, relocation, and recruitment laws.
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Generate HR reports and metrics for management decision‑making.
• Ensure data confidentiality and security.
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Organize wellness programs and activities to promote a healthy workforce.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any discipline; Post‑Graduate (HR preferred) is a plus.
• 8–10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years focused on HR Generalist functions.
• Proven experience handling employee grievances and HR policy administration.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and payroll/HR applications.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and high attention to detail.
