About the role

IntouchCX is seeking a Human Resources Executive focused on onboarding to partner with internal Operations teams. The role serves as the primary point of contact for new‑hire formalities, ensuring a smooth and engaging entry experience for all associates.

Key responsibilities

  • Guide new‑hire associates through all joining formalities.
  • Validate documentation submitted by new hires.
  • Initiate provisioning activities, including network ID creation in collaboration with the Global Service Desk.
  • Conduct new‑hire orientation sessions and actively engage with associates.
  • Foster a high‑energy workforce, building confidence and trust among employees.

Required profile

  • Post‑secondary diploma or degree.
  • Team‑player attitude with the ability to support the broader recruitment function.
  • High level of empathy, responsiveness, and relationship orientation.
  • Professional email etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations skills.

Required skills

  • Mid‑level proficiency with Microsoft Office.
