Human Resources Executive – Luxury Eco Resort

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will lead the HR function at Lchang Nang Retreat, an eco‑luxury resort in Nubra. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace aligned with the resort’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management.
• Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll inputs.
• Develop, update and communicate HR policies ensuring compliance with local labour laws.
• Drive performance management processes and coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations, address grievances and promote a respectful workplace culture.
• Partner with management to assess staffing needs and support hospitality operations.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management, with experience covering the full employee lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, documentation and attendance/leave management.
• Proven ability in employee relations and grievance handling.
• Experience developing HR policies in line with local regulations.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Preferably background in hospitality or resort operations, especially in remote or culturally rich locations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse teams and local communities.
• Adaptability, reliability and collaborative mindset for on‑site work in Nubra.
